St. Ansgar , Home of the Albino Deer. We were lucky enough to set up our first ever booth kiddy corner from the Albino Deer Showcase and main street. Which was a double bonus because there was live music there too! It was a beautiful day and a great way to start our first booth, because that is my home town and my parents have everything we ever could have wanted in their garage: A Zima tent, rusty nails, tables, chairs, hammer, etc. All the things that we wouldn't have thought of before we were there. Where it all Begins

recontruct: to construct again; rebuild; make over. Something has always intrigued me with the idea of turning trash to treasure. Being the youngest of 3 girls, I always managed to get the hand me downs of my two older sisters. I never seemed to mind. In high school I would get some of my favorite clothes from Goodwill or Garage Sales. I still have one of the coolest glitterly Honda tank tops that I got at a garage sale for a dime! In the past I've changed other peoples old clothes to my new clothes. Over the past few years, I now incorporate that in my art. I incorporate used items together in order to make something new. This passion started shorty after I learned some basic jewelry techniques. Andy's grandma and my Grandma Delores gave me some of their old jewelry. Most of which was broken. So I took some of those beads restrung them and WA-LA! The old is gone, the new has come! Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!
